Who this is for

This site serves job assignments to the contractors and vendors that Mississippi Homes, LLC engages to work on its properties. It is for their use. Nothing on it is an offer of work or of anything else to the general public.

Your job link

• The link we text you opens one assignment — yours.
• Please do not forward it. Anyone holding the link can see that assignment and respond to it.
• If you think your link has been shared or lost, tell us and we will cancel it and issue a new one.

What you submit

We act on what you send us through the portal — accepting a job, a bid amount, a date you can start, a job you have marked finished. Please make sure it is accurate, because scheduling and payment follow from it.

Your agreement with us controls

Accepting a job through the portal records that you agree to the scope and the price shown for it. Your engagement as a whole is governed by the written agreement between you and Mississippi Homes, LLC. Where that agreement and anything on this site disagree, the written agreement controls.

• We text you about jobs assigned to you: work offers, schedule confirmations, and notices that a payment has been issued.
• Message frequency varies with the work. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.

Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw this site at any time. If it is unavailable when you need something, call 601-925-0000.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
