Mississippi Homes, LLC buys, renovates and resells residential property in Mississippi. This policy covers this site, the job portal it serves, and the text messages we send to the contractors and vendors we engage.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us when we engage you — your name, mobile number, business name, and your email address if you provide one.
- Work records — the jobs assigned to you, bids you submit, scheduled dates, change orders, and the payments we issue to you.
- Messages — the text messages we exchange with you, and whether they were delivered.
- Portal use — when a job link we texted you is opened.
We do not collect payment card numbers, and we never ask you for them by text.
Your mobile number
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
We use your mobile number for one purpose: sending and receiving messages about the work assigned to you. Nothing else.
Who we share information with
- Our SMS provider, which delivers and receives the messages on our behalf.
- Mobile carriers, which carry the messages.
- Our accountant, and tax or regulatory authorities, where the law requires it.
That is the complete list. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, lead buyers or affiliates.
Text messages
- Our messages are about jobs assigned to you — offers of work, schedule confirmations, and notices that a payment has been issued.
- Message frequency varies with the work. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or call 601-925-0000.
- Opting out stops the texts. It does not end your engagement with us — we will reach you another way.

How long we keep it
Work and payment records for as long as tax and legal requirements demand. Messages and their delivery records stay with the record of the project they belong to.
Security
Access is limited to the people at Mississippi Homes who need it. Credentials for our messaging provider are stored encrypted. A job link we text you is single-purpose: it opens only the one assignment it was issued for.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep. Call 601-925-0000 or write to the address below.
Children
This site and these messages are for people we engage for work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top.
